Honoring Linda Kerekes: A Champion of Employee Ownership

LINDA KEREKES was presented “The John Logue Employee Ownership Excellence Award” at the 37th annual Ohio Employee Ownership Center (OEOC) conference. This award honors the legacy and continued inspiration of OEOC founder John Logue by recognizing leaders in employee ownership on a national level. Linda a graduate of Baldwin-Wallace University and Ohio CPA (inactive), was hired in 1987 as Chief Accountant and retired as CFO in December 2022. Along the way she served as Treasurer and Corporate Secretary of the company and was a member of the internal ESOP Administration Committee for over 30 years. She viewed working with the exceptional team of talented employee-owners at Fastener Industries and its affiliated companies as an honor and privilege.
