The SW8 Metric Property Class 8.8 Weld Screw with its three sausage projections located precisely under the head, permits flush mounting. The sausage style projection provides a high strength Weld and is suitable for automotive applications. The projections are of the exact height and mass to assure the proper positioning and balance for optimum welds. Through-hole use allows self-locating and eliminates the need for fixturing. Our graded weld screws can also be manufactured to property class 9.8 requirements.
