Customer service is always a top priority at Buckeye Fasteners. We’re excited to share that on a scale of 1–5, with 5 as the highest rating, 74% rated 5 out of 5 “Very Satisfied”. The remaining respondents, 21%, gave a 4 out of 5  “Satisfied” rating.

Customer Service Support

When asked about the support they received from our customer service team, on a scale of 1–5, with 5 as the highest rating, over 72% rated 5 out of 5 “Very Satisfied”. The remaining respondents, 22%, rated 4 out of 5, “Satisfied”.

  Customer Service Expectations

70% of respondents answered with 5 “Strongly Agree”, the highest rating on a scale of 1-5 when asked if our customer service met their expectations. The remaining 25% of respondents answered 4 out of 5 “Agree”.

Product Quality

When asked how they would rate the quality of our product, 75% of respondents answered with 5 “Excellent”! The remaining 19% answered with 4 out of 5 “Very Good”. We take great pride in our product quality and are thrilled you are satisfied with it!

Likely to Purchase Again

When asked how likely they are to purchase from us again in the future, the most frequent response was “Very Likely”, followed by ”Likely”. We look forward to continuously serving your needs!

Areas for Improvement

Among the positive words and praise, some respondents mentioned a need for availability dates and quicker response times. We value your feedback, and we’ve taken note of your suggestions.
